This competition is operated by jdeal.com a registered company (number 27-0928500). Address: JMEDIA CONNECTION INC., d.b.a. JDEAL, 16 W. 23rd Street, 4th Floor, NY, NY 10010.

By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and to be bound by them. These Terms & Conditions will be deemed to include the instructions on how to take part in the competition.

Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter or problems with accessing the competition site.

All normal internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the competition shall be the entrant’s responsibility.

The winner will be notified either via email, Facebook or Twitter and jdeal.com cannot be held responsible if a message does not get through to a participant The prize is as stated. No alternative prizes are offered. The prize is non-transferable and non-changeable. The judge’s decision is final.

Employees and agent and family members of Jmedia and EL AL are not eligible to enter.

The contest is open to US and Canadian citizens only and must be age 21 and older.

Prize details:
The tickets to Israel are available on a nonstop EL AL flight from New York (JFK, Newark or Los Angeles). The applicable taxes of approximately $100 are not included and the travel dates are as follows:

January 7-March 31, 2012
April 23- June 19, 2012
October 18- December 14, 2012

The tickets are based on availability as well as on the rules and regulations of “L” class. They is non-endorsable, non refundable and non-transferable. In addition, the award is not valid for receiving frequent flyer points nor will the tickets provide entitlement to involuntary compensation in the event of an over-sale or denied boarding situation.

To book the flights, please call the Advertising/Public Relations department at 212-852-0628 within four weeks of the preferred departure date. Note that this original letter must be submitted to EL AL for the tickets to be granted.
